given:

x²+ax+b=0

x²+cx+d=0

X=2 is a common root for both the equations

now,
x²+ax+b=x²+cx+d

substituting the value of X

4+2a+b= 4+2c+d

2a+b=2c+d

b-d= 2c-2a

b-d=2(c-a)

★b-d/c-a= 2★

hope it helps!
