x - 2 》 × = 2

6x^2 + 7x - 5a = 0

~Substituting the value of x in the equation,

》6(2)^2 + 7(2) - 5a = 0

》 6(4) + 7 (2) - 5a = 0

》 24 + 14 - 5a = 0

》 38 - 5a = 0

》 - 5a = - 38

~cancelling minus (-) on both the sides,

》 5a = 38

》 a = 38/5

》 Answer:[a = 7.6]
