If (x+2) is a factor of x^5-4a²x²+2x+2a+3, find the value of a.

since  x + 2  is  a  factor, substitute  x =  - 2,  we  get

-32 -16 a2 -4 + 2a + 3 = 0  or   16a2 -2a + 33 =0

a  does  not  have  real  value
