➾If x-2 is a factor then the value of x be 2

now put X's value in above equation

➾ {x}^{2} - ax + 4 = 0

➾ {(2)}^{2} - 2a + 4 = 0

➾4 - 2a + 4 = 0

➾8 - 2a = 0

➾ - 2a = - 8

➾a = 4

Step-by-step explanation:

x-2 is factor

so x=2

put x=2 in the equation, x²-ax+4 =0.

4-a*2+4=0
