So, it will become,

3×(-2)×(-2) + 2k×-2 - 3 = 0

12 + 2k×-2 - 3 = 0

12 - 3 + 2k×-2 = 0

9 + 2k×-2 = 0

2k×-2 = 0-9

2k×-2 = -9

2k = -9/2

2k = -4.5

k = -4.5/2

k = -45/20

k = -9/4
