If x =2 one root of the equation 5x^2-kx+4=0, find the value of k

by pitting values of x=2 in eqn
we get k=12

given x=2 is a root of 5x^2-kx+4=0
so, 5(2)^2-2K+4=0
     5(4)-2k+4=0
     24-2k=0
     2k=24
       k=12
therefore the value of k is 12
