SOLUTION:

 \frac{x}{2}  -  \frac{x}{3}  =  \frac{4}{1}  \\  =  > lcm \: of \: 2 \: and \: 3 \: is \: 6 \\   \\ =  >  \frac{3x - 2x}{6}  = 4 \\  =  >  \frac{x}{6}  = 4 \\  \\  =  > x = 6 \times 4 = 24

CONCLUSION:

If x/2 - x/3 is Equal to 4, then the Value of x will be 24
