\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{2}  -  \dfrac{x}{3}  = 5

First we take LCM of 2 and 3 from the given equation.

Hence,it is clearly shown that LCM of 2 and 3 is 6.

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3 \times x - 2 \times x}{6}  = 5

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{3x - 2x}{6}  = 5

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{6}  = 5

Now,we will do cross multiply to both sides .

Note there is one in the denominator of 5.

\sf \longmapsto \: x \times 1 =  6\times 5

\sf \longmapsto { \bold{x = 30}}

Check

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{x}{2}  -  \dfrac{x}{3}  = 5

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{30}{2}  -  \dfrac{30}{3}  = 15 - 10 = 5
