x^2+y^2=2x-6y-10

Answer:

x^2+y^2-2x+6y+10=0

then break 10 into 1 and 9

x^2-2x+1 +y^2+6y+9=0

(x-1)^2 + (y+3)^2=0

now x-2=0 ,y+3=0

hence x=2 and y=-3

x^2+y^2=10
