multiply (1) by 2
6x - 4y = 48
multiply (2) by 3
6x-9y=54
subtracting
6x - 4y = 48
6x - 9y = 54

y=−5−6
3x−2(−56)=24
=3x+512=24
=3x=24−512=5120−12=5108
∴x=536
x+y=536−6=530=6
x−y=536+6=542
