x=-2 y=6
3ax+2by=6
3a(-2)+2b(6)=6
-6a+12b=6 ———1

2a-2+6b-8=4
2a+6b-10=4
2a+6b=4+10
2a+6b=14———2

-6a+12b=6(6)
2a+6b=14(12)

-36a+72b=36
-24a+72b=168
+ - -
—————————
-12a =-132

-12a=-132
a=11

22+6b=14
6b=14-22
6b=-8
b=-8/6
b=-4/3
