EXPLANATION

  • GIVEN

x - 2 is a zeroes of polynomial

x^2 - 2k + 2

TO FIND VALUE OF K

Put x = 2 In above equation

we get,

(2) ^2 - 2k + 2 = 0

4 - 2k + 2 = 0

-2k + 6 = 0

k = 3

Therefore,

value of k is 3
