Here given :
⇒x=3-2√2
Now,find 1/x
⇒1/3-2√2×3+2√2/3+2√2
⇒3+2√2/(3²)-(2√2²)
⇒3+2√2/9-8
⇒3+2√2..

Now find x²+1/x²
⇒(3-2√2)²+(3+2√2²)
⇒9+8-12√2+9+8+12√2.
⇒12√2 get cancelled
⇒18+16
⇒34.

Hope this helps you ☺☺

hey friend
here is your ans________------
x = 3 - 2 \sqrt{2} \\ then \: \frac{1} {x} = \frac{1}{3 - 2 \sqrt{2} } \\ = 3 + 2 \sqrt{2} \\ x {}^{2} + \frac{1}{x {}^{2} } = \\( x + \frac{1}{x} ) {}^{2} = x {}^{2} + \frac{1}{x {}^{2} } + 2 \\ = 36 - 2 \sqrt{2} +3 + 2 \sqrt{2} \\ 36-2=34 \\ thenx {}^{2} + \frac{1}{x {}^{2} } = 34
Hope it help........--------_______
