(3+\sqrt{2)}^{2} =( \sqrt{x} +\sqrt{y} )^{2} \\therefore \\9+2+6\sqrt{2} = x+y+2\sqrt{xy} \\11+6\sqrt{2}=x+y+2\sqrt{xy} \\

therefore

x+y=11

2√xy=6√2

√xy=3√2

by squaring we get,

xy=9*2=18

therefore

x=9 and y=2

to find... √x+1/√x

\sqrt{9} +\frac{1}{\sqrt{9} } \\3+\frac{1}{3\\}\\\frac{10}{3}
