x-1= 3+2√2-1

2+2√2

√x= √(3+2√2)

√[(√2)^2+(1)^2+2×√2×1]

√(√2+1)^2

= √2+1

now, x-1/√x

= (2+2√2)/√2+1

=2(1+√2)/(1+√2)

=2
