To Find : The value of x³-1/x³ when the value of x=3+√8
Solution :By substituting the value of x into it
values : x=3+√8,findx³-1/x³
x³-1/x³= 3+√8-1/3+√8
→ LCM is 3+√8
→ [ 3+√8]²-1/3+√8
→[3]²+[√8]²+2×3×√8-1/3+√8
→ [9+8+6√8-1/3+√8]
→17-1+6√8/3+√8
→16+6√8/3+√8
Solution Part 2:
→ Now we should rationalise the denominator
→16+6√8×3-√8
3+√8×3-√8
→48-16√8+18√8-48
[3]²-[8]²
→ 2√8
9-8
→ 2√8
