4×2(3+√7÷2)+½(3+√7÷2)
=8×3+8√7÷2+3÷2+√7÷4
=24+1.5+4√7+√7÷4
=(96+6+16√7+√7)÷4
=(102+17√7)÷4
=25.5+3.75√7

Answer:

32

Step-by-step explanation:

4x^2 +\frac{1}{x^2}  \\   = (2x+ \frac{1}{x} )^2 -4  ......... (1)

Now,2x = 2(\frac{3 +\sqrt{7} }{2}) =3+√7,  \frac{1}{x} \\ =\frac{1}{\frac{3+\sqrt{7} }{2} } =\frac{2}{3+\sqrt{7}  } =\frac{2(3-\sqrt{7}) }{(3+\sqrt{7} )(3-\sqrt{7} )}  = \frac{2(3-\sqrt{7}) }{9-7 } =\frac{2(3-\sqrt{7}) }{2 } =3-\sqrt{7}

Now in (1) we put x=3+√7 and  \frac{1}{x} \\ =3-√7

4x^2 +\frac{1}{x^2}  \\   = (2x+ \frac{1}{x} )^2 -4 = {(3+√7 ) +(3-√7 )}²  -4

= (6)² -4=36-4 =32
