 \frac{ x + 3}{2}  +  3x =  \frac{5x - 15 + x + 23}{5}  \\  \\  \frac{x + 3 + 6x}{2}  =  \frac{6x  + 8}{5}  \\  \\  \frac{7x + 3}{2}  =  \frac{6x + 8}{5}  \\  \\ 5(7x + 3) = 2(6x + 8) \\  \\ 35x + 15 = 12x + 16 \\  \\ 35x - 12x = 16 - 15 \\  \\ 23x = 1 \\  \\ x =  \frac{1}{23}
