Answer:

tan 2x=2tanx/1-tan^2x

by L. H. S.

=tan 2.30°

=tan60°

=√3

now, by R. H. S.

2tanx/1-tan^2x

=2tan 30°/1-tan.^2(30°)

=2(1/√3)/(1- 1/3)

=(2/√3)/(2/3)

=3/√3

on multiplying by √3 in numerator and denominator

=3(√3)/√3(√3)

=3(√3)/3

=√3

hence, L. H. S. =R. H.S.
