hi,

S= t^3 -6 t^2 + 3 t +7

Time derivative of displacement is velocity. Therefore,

velocity, v = 3 t^2 - 12 t +3 .

Now, time derivative of velocity is acceleration. Therefore ,

acceleration , a = 6 t - 12.

This acceleration will be zero at t= 2 unit.

Putting this value of t in the expression for velocity , we have,

v(t=2) = (3)(4) -(12)(2) +3 =-9 unit.

First you have to calculate the value of the time by putting zero in place of X and then,
0=3t^2-8t+5
Then find value of t from above quadratic equation then put the value of t in ,
v=dx/dt=6t-8
Thank you get the answer of velocity v
