2x+3y-2z
=2(3z+4)+3(x-4)-2(1.5)
=6z+8+3x-12-3
=3x+6z-12

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:

27.5

Step-by-step explanation:

Since z = 1.5, we have

x = 3z + 4 = ( 3 x 1.5 ) + 4 = 4.5 + 4 = 8.5

and then

y = x - 4 = 8.5 - 4 = 4.5.

Putting these values into the required expression, we get

2x + 3y - 2z

= (2)(8.5) + (3)(4.5) - (2)(1.5)

= 17 + 13.5 - 3

= 27.5
