Answer:

X = -4/7. ,y = 2/5

LHS = x - (y-z)

= -4/7 - ( 2/5 -z ) = -4/7 -2/5 +z

RHS = (x -y) - z

= ( -4/7 -2/5 ) -z = -4/7 -2/5 -z

Clearly , LHS is not equals to RHS

Hence proved (verified).
