If x = 4 and y = 5; then,

3(4x+3y)

= 12x + 9y

= 12 × 4 + 9 × 5

= 48 + 45

= 93

The question mentions the value of x to be both 4 and 5. If this is so, the question can't be solved for the value of y would not be given.

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!
