Answer:

Given x=4,y=1,z=-3

to find,i)5x-2y

ii)xy-4z

solution:-

Let put the value of x and y in the eq.i

5x-2y=5×4-2×1

=20-2

= 18

let put the vue of x,y and z in eq.ii

xy-4z=4×1-4×-3

=4+12

=16

Hence, the value of eq.i is 18 and eq.ii is 16
