First, solve x-(y-z)

⇒x-(y-z)

\frac{4}{9} -(\frac{-7}{12} -\frac{-2}{3} )\\

\frac{4}{9} -(\frac{1}{12})

\frac{4}{9}-\frac{1}{12}

\frac{13}{36}

Second, solve (y-x)-z

⇒(y-x)-z

(\frac{-7}{12} -\frac{4}{9} )-\frac{-2}{3}

(\frac{-37}{36})- \frac{-2}{3}

\frac{-37}{36}- \frac{-2}{3} \\

\frac{-13}{36} \\

The equations 13/36 and -13/36 are not equal.

∴It is verified that x-(y-z) and (y-x)-z are not equal.
