If x =√5-2/√5+2 and y= √5+2/√5-2, find the value of x²+y² -xy

Answer:

x=√5-2/√5+2

x+y=18

x2+y2-xy

=(x+y)2-2xy-xy

=(18)2-3×1

=324-4

=321
