1/x = 1 / (5 - √2)

If we simultaneously multiply and divide it by 5 + √2, it won't make any difference to its value. So, let's do the same.

So, 1/x = (5 + √2) ÷ 23

Adding it to x, we get

{23 (5 - √2 ) + 5 + √2} ÷ 23

= (120 - 22√2) ÷ 23
