x =  \frac{5}{4} and \: y =  \frac{3}{4}  \\  \\ =  >  (x + y) \div (x - y) \\  =  >  (\frac{5}{4}  +  \frac{ - 3}{4} ) \div ( \frac{5}{4}  -  \frac{ - 3}{4})  \\  =  >  \frac{2}{4}  \div  \frac{  8}{4}  \\  =  >  \frac{2}{4}  ×    \frac{4}{8}  \\  =  >    \frac{1}{4}
