multiple by 6/6 for (x+5)/6 and 4/4 for (x+1)/9 and 9/9 for (4x+3)
6x + 30 - 4x - 4 = 36x + 27 \\ 2x + 26 = 36x + 27 \\ 34x = - 1 \\ x = - 1 \div 34
answer is y= 7/34
