if x=√6+√5 then find x^2+1/x^2

x=√6+√5

1/x=1/(√6+√5)

=(√6-√5)/(√6+√5)(√6-√5)

=(√6-√5)/(6-5)

=(√6-√5)

x^2+1/x^2

=(√6+√5)^2+(√6-√5)^2

=6+5+2.√6.√5+6+5-2.√6.√5

=22
