 = 4xy + x \div 4 + xz \div 3 \\  \\  = 4xy + x \times  \frac{1}{4xz}  \times  \frac{1}{3}   \\ \\  = 4 \times 6 \times 3 +  \frac{1}{4 \times 6 \times 2}  \times  \frac{1}{3}  \\  \\  = 72 +  \frac{1}{144}  \\  \\  =  \frac{72 \times 144 + 1}{144}  \\  \\  =  \frac{10369}{144}
