x = 7 + 4 \sqrt{3}

Then,

  \frac{\sqrt{x - 1}}{x} =   \frac{ \sqrt{7 + 4 \sqrt{3 } - 1 } }{7 + 4 \sqrt{3} }

 =  \frac{ \sqrt{6 + 4 \sqrt{3} } }{ \sqrt{7 + 4 \sqrt{3} } }
