x^2 + 1/x^2 + 2 = 196 ( by identity )
X^2 + 1/x^2= 194
So, 1/x= 1/ 7+5root2= 7-5root2 (by rationalisation)
Now, x+1/x= 7+5root2+7-5root2= 14
