Here's ur answer...
x =  \frac{ \sqrt{7}  +  \sqrt{6} }{ \sqrt{7}  -  \sqrt{6} }  \\ so.. \\ x  +  \frac{1}{x}  =  \frac{ \sqrt{7} +   \sqrt{6}   }{ \sqrt{7}  -  \sqrt{6} }  +  \frac{ \sqrt{7}  -  \sqrt{6} }{ \sqrt{7} +  \sqrt{6}  }  \\  =  \frac{( \sqrt{7} +  \sqrt{6})^{2}  +  {( \sqrt{7}  -  \sqrt{6}) }^{2}   }{7 - 6}  \\  =   2( {( \sqrt{7}) }^{2}  +  { (\sqrt{6}) }^{2} ) = 2(7 + 6) \\  = 2 \times 13 = 26 \\ now... {(x +  \frac{1}{x} )}^{2}  = (26)^{2}  = 676
Hope this is ur required answer.
Proud to help you.
