it is given that,

x=a(cosec@-cot@)

y=b(cot@-cosec@)

On option verification,

xy+ab=0

a(cosec@-cot@)×b(cot@-cosec@)+ab=0

ab(cosec@-cot@)(cot@-cosec@)+ab=0

-ab(cosec²@-cot²@)+ab=0

As we know that,

(cosec²@-cot²@)=1

-ab+ab=0
