if x = a sec theta and Y = B tan theta then prove that x square by a square y square by b square = 1

Here,

x=a×sec
or,x/a=sec
or,x^2/a^2=sec^2.......(1)

and here,
y=b×tan
or,y/b=tan
or,y^2/b^2=tan^2.......(2)

Get substraction between (1) and (2)
x^2/a^2-y^2/b^2=sec^2-tan^2
=1 [PROOVED]
