x = a sin theta
y = b cos theta

b2x2 + a2y2
= b2a2sin2 theta + a2b2cos2 theta
= b2a2 (cos2 theta + sin2 theta)
= b2a2 × 1
= a2b2

Answer:

b^2 × x^2 + a^2 × y^2

=b^2 × a sin^2theta + a^2 × b^2 cos^2theta

=b^2 × a^2 × (cos^2theta + sin^2theta)

=b^2 × a^2 × 1

=a^2 × b^2

Thank you

Hope it helped you
