If x and(150-x) are two numbers such that sum is 150 and the greater of two numbers is 9 times the smaller, find the numbers

150-x is 9 times of x so

150-x > x (by 9 times)

150-x = 9(x)

9x = 150-x

9x -(-x) = 150

10x = 150

X = 150/10 = 15

So no. Are = x = 15

150- x = 150- 15 = 135
