The value of x + y is 2.

To find :-

The value of x + y

So we have a number which is completely divisible by 80 then the remainder of the number will be 0

That is 80 is a multiple of 10 then y = 0

Then ,

When x = 0 , we have 34700 not divisible by 80

x=1 we have 34710 not divisible by 80

x=2 we have 34720 is perfectly divisible by 80

So x=2 and y=0

Then x + y=2+0=2
