From Principal of Homogeneity

what is the statement of the principle of homogeneity. let me tell you here it states that the dimensions of every terms of a. physical relation on both side of the equation must be same. ... that's the principle of homogeneity so let me take a very simple example of any physical relation.

S=vit+1/2at2

L=L/TxT+1/T2xT2

L=L+1/2L

So,

x=bt2

b=x/t2

as, x= km

so,

b=km/s2

Answer:

b=m/sec²

Explanation:

X=at+bt²

X is in meter

t is in sec

Applying law of homogenity.

b=(x)/(t²)

b=m/sec²
