A×B is the vector product

It can be zero if:

  1. Either A or B is zero or both are zero simultaneously.
  2. A and B vectors are collinear or parallel,i.e, angle between them is zero.

This is because A×B = ABsinø , where ø is the angle between A and B.

a) No we cant say A=B surely. It may or maynot be true.

b) It may or maynot be not equal.
