Solution:

x/b  + y/(b-1)  =  1  

Passes through ( 2 , 0)

2/b  + 0/(b-1)  =  1

=> 2/b + 0 = 1

=> 2/b = 1

=> 2 = b

=> b = 2

=> x/2  +  y/1  =  1  

value of b​  = 2
