Hey brother,
See if you look at a Cartesian table, there are 2 axis which is x(horizontal) and y(vertical). And there are both negative sides and positive sides. If x's coordinate is 0 then it would be in a common point known as origin. Then second coordinate can't be 0, then as point is already occupied in x axis then absolutely it will lie on y axis then the point has to be in y axis.
