if X equal to 1/2 is a zero of polynomial 2 X^ + 3 x -12 then find the value of k ​

putting x=1/2

2×(1/2)to the power+k×1/2-12

=2×1/4+k/2-12

=1/2+k/2-12=0

=k/2=12-1/2

=k/2=23/2

=k=23

here k is 23
