Step-by-step explanation:

by putting the values of x and y as 2 and -2 respectively we get

7 {(2)}^{2} - 3(2)( - 2) + 5( - 2)

after solving further we get

28 - ( - 12) - 10

which is

40 - 10 = 30

so 30 is the right answer
