If x is an irrational number , Then x^2 can be either Rational or Irrational , I can justify that with some examples,

√2 is irrational , and the square of it is rational which is +2,

pi is irrational, and the square of it is also Irrational, Which is why the square of irrational number can be either Irrational or Rational,
