Answer:let first root be alpha and another root be beeta . So A.T.Q,

X=2/3=alpha and X=-3=beeta

So, AXsquare+7+B=0 a=A,b=7,c=B . So alpha+beeta=-b/a now,2/3+(-3)= 7/A 2-9/3 =7/A; -7/3=7/A; A= -3 -(1ST) .alpha*beeta=c/a 2/3*-3=B/A . -2= B/-3(FROM=1ST) SO, B=6
