x is inversely proportional to y
=> x ∝ 1/y
=> x = k/y
=> xy = k
x = 40 when y = 5
=> 40(5) = k
=> 200 = k
=> xy = 200
y = 25,
=> x(25) = 200
=> x = 8
equation connecting x and y
xy = 200
x = 400.
=> 400(y) = 200
=> y = 0.5
