\text { Let } \mathrm{p} \text { be a rational number between }-\frac{3}{5} \text { and }-\frac{2}{7}\\\mathrm{p}=\frac{-\frac{3}{5}+\left(-\frac{2}{7}\right)}{2}

P = =-\frac{31}{70}

\text { Let } \mathrm{m} \text { be an another rational number between }-\frac{2}{5} \text { and }-\frac{31}{70}

\mathrm{m}=\frac{-\frac{3}{5}+\left(-\frac{31}{70}\right)}{2}= =-\frac{73}{140}

Hence, required two rational numbers are

\left(-\frac{31}{70}\right),\left(-\frac{73}{140}\right)
