Substituting x = m+2 in the equation,

 \frac{3m - 4}{2}   -  \frac{4(m + 2) - 3}{6}  = 3 \\  \frac{3m - 4}{2}  -  \frac{4m  + 5}{6}  = 3 \\ 9m - 12- 4m - 5 = 18 \\ 5m - 17 = 18 \\ m = 35 \div 5 = 7\\ m = 7
